As our items are one of a kind, we regret to inform you that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on products sold in store. In the event of a defective item, please provide an original receipt within 7 days of purchase to facilitate an equal value exchange, limited to the same maker. Approval from both management and the original maker is required to proceed with this exchange process.
Online Orders
When buying clothing items such as shirts, pants, and sweaters from our website, we offer a size exchange policy for the exact product you purchased. To facilitate the exchange, please present the original receipt within 7 days of the purchase date. If you require a different size of the same product, we are happy to accommodate the exchange. However, if the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount paid. Please note that the apparel must be in new, unworn condition and includes all original tags for the exchange or store credit to be processed.

Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our goods, discrepancies may occur between the availability listed on our website and the actual stock during order fulfillment. While we make every effort to keep our website updated, unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should this occur, rest assured that we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to receive a full refund for the unavailable item or select a suitable alternative product. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
